Mindapples
What is Mindapples?
The '5-a-day' campaign has been very successful in encouraging healthy eating. "Mindapples" was started in 2008 by Andy Gibson who wanted to encourage people to think of a '5-a-day' for their minds as well as their bodies.

At Manx Minds we have been trained and accredited by, 'Mindapples' to deliver four of their core courses:
Love Your Mind - teaching basic well-being and self-management techniques

Master Your Moods - emotional wellbeing and resilience tools and tips for supporting others.
​
​
Handle Pressure - an introduction to the effects of stress and proven tools for dealing with pressure better.
​
​
Get Motivated - an overview of motivation theory and a model for exploring what motivates us.
